Data collection
a) Data collection when accessing the website
You can visit our website without providing any personal data. Each time a website is accessed, the web server only automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your pseudonymized IP address, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the access. This access data is analyzed exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our offer. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which predominate in the context of a weighing of interests, in the correct presentation of our offer in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. All access data will be deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site.
b) Contract data
We collect, process and store the data you provide when you register with us and/or decide to purchase our products. Personal data is collected via the completed registration forms/order forms with details of name, address including e-mail address and details of the respective order including payment details. The customer is free to decide whether to enter and transmit this data. Only personal data that is absolutely necessary for the fulfillment of the contract is collected. The data collected will only be stored for as long as is necessary and permissible within the scope of the contractual agreement and in compliance with applicable law.
Legal basis for data processing
We process and use your personal data primarily only in the context of contract fulfillment in accordance with Article 6 GDPR. We also ensure that we only request the minimum amount of personal data necessary for the business relationship. If personal data is processed in the initiation of or following a contractual relationship, there must be a legitimate interest in doing so. Such a legitimate interest can be assumed if the data subject is a (potential) customer of the controller.
Data security
As part of processing on our behalf in accordance with Article 28 GDPR, an established provider provides us with the services for hosting the online store and the data collected in this context. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which predominate in the context of a balancing of interests, in the correct presentation of our offer in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. All data collected as part of the use of this website or in the forms provided for this purpose in the online store as described below are processed on the servers of this provider, which places the highest value on data protection and these servers operate exclusively in data centers that document the highest security standards through ISO certifications.
Your rights
On request, we will be happy to inform you in writing whether and what data we have stored about you. If you wish to assert your legal rights to information, correction, deletion or blocking of your data, please contact the company data protection officer.
