Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products ordered and chosen delivery method. All shipping costs will be displayed before you finalize your order.
Sales Agreement
All products, services and prices shown in our online shop are not legally binding. After entering all personal contact information and by clicking the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order is considered binding. You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed. The sales agreement is valid as soon as the delivery confirmation is sent. If you do not receive confirmation or the actual delivery within two (2) weeks, you are legally no longer bound to your purchase.
Terms and Conditions
All Terms and Conditions are presented on the on this web site and may be downloaded. Order data and the Terms and Conditions are also part of our order confirmation e-mail, which we send to you after the order processing has been completed.
Delivery
Information about availability and delivery period are part of the product description on the product page. If there is no information available you should receive your goods within 30 days after the placement of your order.
Cancellation
You may withdraw from the sale within two (2) weeks without any justification, as long as you send your cancellation in writing (letter, fax, e-mail at service@homefibre24.at) or if you return the goods to us. If you are a professional buyer or freelancer the current statutory provisions for the return of goods shall apply. The time frame for the return of goods begins when you have received the goods.
